The Digital Arts is open to legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of the organizing company are not eligible.
2. Prize Details
The prize is as described on the Digital Arts page. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the organizer’s discretion.
3. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the organizer, its affiliates, and its employees from any liability, injury, or damage arising from participation or the use of the prize.
4. No Warranty
The organizer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize, including but not limited to its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Governing Law
This Digital Art and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
6. Changes to the Digital Arts
The organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Digital Arts if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond the organizer’s control affect the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Digital Arts.
